Supply’d V5.3.3: Training Centre, Wave Picking & Smarter Forecasting
This update is packed with highly requested features to help you train your team, dramatically speed up your warehouse operations, and keep your accounting secure.
Let’s dive into what’s new in V5.3.3.
New Video Training Centre
We are thrilled to introduce a dedicated video training centre directly within Supply'd to streamline your team onboarding and compliance.
- Custom Course Uploads: Upload your own training courses and videos to manage internal onboarding and health & safety compliance effortlessly.
- Track Participation: Easily allocate specific training modules to team members and track their participation and completion rates.
- Preloaded Supply'd ERP Training: We've preloaded the centre with over 50 chapters of Supply'd training (with more on the way!) that you can immediately assign to your team to help them master the system.
Product Wave Picking & Pick Upgrades
Warehouse efficiency gets a massive boost this release with new ways to manage and fulfill your orders.
- PDA Product Wave Picking: You can now pick orders by product using a Supply'd PDA scanner, rather than going order by order. Select a product, and Supply'd will guide you on exactly which orders need it and in what quantities. Simply scan the pack slip to confirm the order is correct and then allocate the appropriate quantity.
- Carton & Crate Allocation: Optionally allocate products to specific cartons and define how many fit. You can then pick by the crate/carton while the system seamlessly maintains your inventory and order quantities in single units.
- Pallet/Trolley Packing: You can now define pallets and trolleys to pack your individual cartons onto them for better staging and dispatch.
- Batch Code Visibility: For orders with manually assigned batches, the batch code will now be explicitly visible alongside the current batch ID.
AI Forecasting Improvements
- Enhanced Accuracy: Our Supply'd Intelligence forecasting engine has been upgraded. It is now more efficient and delivers much more accurate day-to-day seasonality predictions.
Usage Tokens
- New Billing Format: The previous AI Scans, Deliveries and SMS billing is being replaced with usage token billing. This will unify how usage is charged in Supply'd to make it easier to manage.
- Per Page/SMS Billing: AI document scans will now be charged per page, SMS's will now be charged for SMS (160 characters).
- Inclusions: If you previously had AI scans included in your plan, these will switch over to the equivalent usage tokens, allowing them to be used across deliveries and SMS's as well.
Important MYOB Authorisation Update
- Action Required: MYOB is updating their API, which means all accounts will need to re-authorise their Supply'd access. This must be completed after this release, but prior to 1 September 2026. We will send you direct reminders to ensure this gets done smoothly!
Other Enhancements
- Customer-Level Minimums: You can now set specific order minimums at the customer level, overriding your global settings.
- Auto-Updating Prices: Price changes will now automatically update any existing standing orders containing those items. Please Note: If you have custom pricing overrides on standing order line items, you must move these to customer-specific pricing to prevent any issues.
- Safety Limits: A credit card limit of $5,000 has been added to all accounts as a safety measure to prevent large accidental billings. If you need to increase this, you can easily do so under your customer settings.
Plus More!
As always, this release is packed with a number of minor improvements, background optimisations, and bug fixes across the system to keep your operations running flawlessly.
