Supply’d V5.3.4: Supplier Promotion Management & Delivery Routing Upgrades

This update focuses heavily on helping you maximise your margins through smarter purchasing of promotions, while also giving your logistics team more control over their daily delivery routes.

Supplier Promotion Management

We are introducing a powerful suite of tools to help you track, utilise, and enforce supplier promotions, ensuring you never miss an opportunity to reduce your cost of goods.

• Centralised Scheduling: You can now directly add and schedule all of your upcoming supplier promotions within Supply'd.
• Smart Ordering Visibility: When scanning a product for an order, creating a Purchase Order, or running a Smart Order, active promotions will be visibly highlighted. This ensures your purchasing team is always ordering based on the best available deals.
• Automated Pricing: Purchase orders will automatically apply the new promotional pricing based on your configured promotion details.
• Expense Reconciliation: Promotions will now be displayed during expense reconciliation, allowing your accounts team to easily verify that suppliers have honoured the agreed-upon promotional pricing.
• Supply'd Hub Integration: Ahead of our official launch, suppliers are be able to submit their own promotions directly to you via Supply'd Hub.

Delivery Routing Updates

Your delivery management workflows just gained a new layer of flexibility for your drivers and logistics coordinators.

• Custom Route Stops: You can now schedule custom, non-order-related stops directly within your delivery routes. This is perfect for scheduling supplier pick-ups, vehicle maintenance, or ad-hoc route requirements.
• Delivery Window Overrides: You now have the ability to override the location settings of connected Supply'd customers, allowing you to set and enforce your own specific delivery windows for those accounts.

Other System Enhancements

• Customer Naming Conventions: To keep your billing and operational data clean, customer profiles now feature separate, distinct fields for their Trading Name and Legal Name.
• Expanded API Endpoints: For users utilising custom integrations, we have added new API endpoints to retrieve specific data points, including: GET customers/groups, GET suppliers/groups, GET products/items, and GET products/stages.
