We are back with another exciting update! For Supply’d V5.2.2 we've focused heavily on giving you deeper visibility and finer control over your daily operations. Whether you're looking to automate your reporting, streamline your delivery routes, or level up your packing traceability, this release has something for everyone.

New Report Functionality

Tired of setting up the exact same filters every time you need to look at your data? We've overhauled our reporting tools to save you serious time.

• Save Your Views: You can now save reports with your preferred date ranges, comparisons, and custom filters for quick and easy access whenever you need them.
• Scheduled Email Delivery: Automate your insights! You can now schedule your saved reports to be emailed directly to you or your team on whatever schedule you prefer (daily, weekly, monthly—you name it).

Delivery Upgrades

We know that the job isn't done until the product is safely at the customer's door, so we've added some highly requested features to make your logistics smoother and more compliant.

• Mandatory Temperature Checks: You can now designate specific vehicles as 'refrigerated' or 'frozen'. Doing so will automatically trigger a mandatory temperature check step at the point of delivery, ensuring your cold chain is documented perfectly.
• Merged Drop-offs: No more double-handling. Multiple deliveries scheduled for a single location will now be intelligently merged into one drop-off rather than being treated as separate, tedious stops.
• Custom Delivery Fields: Need to track highly specific information when dropping off goods? You can now add custom fields to be filled out by your drivers at the point of delivery.

Pick & Pack Upgrades

Warehouse and dispatch teams, this one is for you. We've introduced new tools to make your fulfilment process even more robust.

• Advanced Carton Allocations: You can now enable carton allocations for next-level pack traceability. Simply scan your cartons and allocate specific products to each one. This workflow fully facilitates the generation of SSCC (Serial Shipping Container Code) labels!
• Customer CSV Pick Lists: We've added a brand-new CSV pick list format, allowing your team to easily pick products grouped by customer on a single, consolidated sheet.

Other Highly Requested Features

We've also sprinkled in some powerful administrative upgrades based directly on your feedback:

• Product Activity Tracking: Need to know who changed a product detail or when it happened? You can now view a full activity log on products to see exactly who made what change and when.
• Import/Export Permissions: You now have tighter control over your data security with the ability to completely disable import and export functionality for specific users.
• API Product Creation: For our power users integrating external systems, you can now seamlessly add new products directly into the system via the Supply'd API.
