We are back with another highly anticipated update! Supply’d V5.3 is rolling out, and this release is all about flexibility and saving you precious time. Whether you manage multiple businesses or you're a baker looking to standardise your recipes the way you were trained, this update is built for you.

Multi-Account Switching

For our users managing multiple sites or entirely separate businesses, you can finally say goodbye to logging in and out! We've introduced seamless multi-account switching.

  • Single Login: You can now manage multiple Supply'd accounts using just one set of login credentials.
  • Easy Invites: When adding a new user to your account, if their email already exists in another Supply'd account, the system will simply send them an invite to accept. Once accepted, your account is added to their profile.
  • Instant Toggling: Switching between your businesses is completely frictionless. Simply click on your name in the top right corner and select Switch Account to instantly toggle between your active workspaces.

Baker's Percentages

Following up on our highly popular Bakers Mode, we are giving our bakery users even more control over how they build their recipes. You can now input recipes using traditional Baker's Percentages!

  • How it works: When adding a product, simply specify your formula base ingredients (such as your flour). From there, change your input mode to "Bakers Percentage", input your total unit weight, and enter the percentages of each ingredient.
  • We do the math: Supply'd handles all the heavy lifting and automatic calculations behind the scenes, ensuring your batches are perfectly scaled every single time.

Workflow & System Improvements

We are constantly looking for ways to reduce the number of clicks in your day. V5.3 brings a few key upgrades to your purchasing and production workflows:

  • Smart Purchase Defaults: You can now set up your default options for Smart Purchase directly within your settings. This means you no longer have to manually configure your preferences every single time you generate a purchase order.
  • Smarter Production Planning: We've added the ability for the Smart Production Planner to intentionally ignore stock levels on source ingredients, giving you more flexibility when formulating your production runs.
  • Email Call Logs: We've updated the Customer Call Logs feature to include an "Email" call type, making it easier to track your written correspondence alongside your phone calls.
